HOUTEN

Sleepboot 2-4

Sleepboot 2 comprises 14,000 m² of warehouse and office space in Houten, a thriving commercial and retail area in the center of the Netherlands, which is well connected via the A27 and A12 motorways, as well as having strong public transport links. The asset was built in 2011 on a site of over 13,000 sq m. The property includes education, manufacturing, production, and storage areas.

AMSTERDAM

Joan Muyskenweg 32A

Joan Muyskenweg 32A is a light industrial building of 6.500 m² in Amsterdam, just at the intersection of the A10 ring road and the A2 and therefore has excellent visibility. The asset was built in 1985 and consists of an office part in the front and storage at the back, which has been split up in multi-tenant spaces.
